We, Presics Pty Ltd (ACN 676 405 502) let you use our websites, www.presics.com.au and www.presics.com, as long as you follow the rules listed below.
Please read these rules carefully. By using the site, you agree to follow these rules. Presics Pty Ltd can change these rules at any time without telling you beforehand. Presics is an online store that sells high-quality basics at great prices. By becoming a member, you can buy a variety of products, that are offered exclusively to members each month.

It's important to provide accurate and up-to-date information for your account and to update it as needed. If you don't, we may have to suspend or close your account.

2. PAYMENTS
When you buy something through our services, you give us or our payment partner permission to charge your payment method for the purchase, including any taxes and fees. You need to pay all fees on time and provide a valid payment method.
All prices, fees, and taxes are charged in the currency you choose at checkout. You might also have to provide more information to confirm your identity before finishing the purchase. 3. CUSTOMER SATISFACTION
At Presics, we are dedicated to offering high-quality products at low prices. Our products are only sold online and in limited quantities. We've tried our best to show our items accurately on our website, but there may be slight differences in style, color, size, shape, and appearance.

4. CONTENT
Everything you see on the website, like pictures, words, sounds, and videos, belongs to Presics and is protected by copyright laws or other rights. We either own it or have permission to use it.

7. PRODUCT ORDERS
All orders made on our site need to be accepted by Presics. We can refuse or cancel any order at any time, even if it has been confirmed, and we don't have to give a reason. If your credit card has been charged for an order that we cancel, we will refund your money.
8. OUT OF STOCK PRODUCTS
If something you ordered is out of stock, we'll send you an email to let you know and tell you when we expect it to be back in stock. Just remember, we'll only deliver your whole order when all the products are available.
9. CURRENCY CONVERSIONS
Presics will charge your debit/credit card in Australian dollars, based on today's exchange rate. Your card company does the conversion to your currency on the day they process the transaction.
10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Without imposing any restrictions within these terms of use, Presics shall not, under any circumstances, including breach of contract, tort, or negligence, be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages (including lost profits) arising from or in connection with your access to this site or its content, the utilization or inability to use this site or any content, or any materials or products obtained through the site. This includes instances of performance failure, errors, inaccuracies, omissions, defects, delays, interruptions, deletions, viruses, communication line failures, theft, destruction, unauthorized access, alteration, or inauthenticity.
Furthermore, without imposing any restrictions within these terms of use, Presics shall not, under any circumstances, be liable for any claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs (including legal expenses) arising from or in connection with the site, content, or any materials or products obtained through the site, your use or inability to use the site, content, or any materials or products obtained through the site, or any breach of these terms of use, any law, intellectual property rights, or the rights of any third party. In no event shall Presics' total liability to you exceed the total amounts paid by you for accessing this site, if any.
11. INDEMNIFICATION
By agreeing to these terms, you agree to indemnify Presics Pty Ltd and its affiliated entities, including but not limited to corporations, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, licensors, and contractors, against all claims, losses, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including legal expenses. This indemnification applies to your use of the content, the site, or any materials or products obtained through the site, as well as your behavior in connection with the site or other users, or any violation of these terms of use, any law, or the rights of any third party, including intellectual property rights.
