You have 100 days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet these conditions.
Checkout+ is an optional fee added at checkout that covers your returns and exchanges experience, including a free return shipping label. Available for Australian and New Zealand orders.
The Checkout+ fee is non-refundable, but it covers the cost of your return shipping label — so you won't need to pay anything to send your item back.
Return shipping is at your expense. We recommend using a trackable service, as we're not responsible for returns lost in transit.
We offer exchanges for Australian and New Zealand orders. For all other countries, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.
If your requested exchange item is out of stock, we'll contact you to arrange an alternative or process a full refund.
Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
