PRODUCT & FIT

Sizes may vary by brand, so even if you're familiar with your size in another t-shirt, it's a good idea to review the sizing details provided on each product page to ensure the perfect fit. If you're still uncertain, feel free to contact our customer experience team at help@presics.com.au. We're happy to help!

We recommend considering sizing up, as most of our collection runs true to size.

The colours shown online are very close to the actual garment colours; however, slight variations may occur due to differences in monitor settings and internet browsers.

For the best care, check the label sewn into the garment (typically found on the seam) for washing, drying, and general care instructions.

We strive to ensure your order arrives just as expected, but occasionally, mistakes can happen. If something is missing or incorrect in your order, simply email our customer experience team at help@presics.com.au. We'll work quickly to resolve the issue and get you what you need ASAP!

If the item you're looking for is out of stock, please contact our customer service team at help@presics.com.au.

Absolutely! You can send our products as gifts by entering the recipient's address in the 'shipping' section and your own address in the 'billing' section.

PAYMENTS

We currently accept payment via: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Paypal, and Afterpay, Klarna, Zip Pay, and Hello Clever.

We do not have any surcharges when choosing a payment method.

SHIPPING

We currently ship to all regions of Australia and New Zealand, as well as the US, Canada, UK, and Ireland.

All orders are shipped from Sydney, NSW, Australia!

We know no one likes waiting, so we aim to ship your order the next working day. Our warehouse operates Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). Orders placed outside these days will be shipped the next business day. During busy periods or sales, there may be some delays. Once your order is confirmed, Australia Post will send you updates when it's on its.

Once your order has been dispatched, you'll receive an email with confirmation of your tracking information. To track your order, follow the links in the email or enter your tracking number on the Australia Post website.
If you have not received your tracking number as expected, please get in touch with our customer experience team at help@presics.com.au.

Unfortunately, we can't cancel any online orders after your order has been placed. It can be difficult to process all requests for order amendments post-payment, but our team can usually facilitate the following updating requests:

  • Shipping address
  • Contact details
  • Changes to colours and sizes (subject to availability)
To make these amendments, please email help@presics.com.au within 2 hours of placing your order. Any requests received outside of the 2-hour window may not be processed in time before your order is released for shipment.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

At present, we offer exchanges for returned items within Australia. Please note that exchanges are not available for international returns. For international orders, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order through our website.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your replacement exchange order. You will get an automated email notification when your exchange has been completed.

Please reach out to our support team at help@presics.com.au, and we'll assist you promptly. Be sure to include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your bank to process the refund. We will refund the full amount for all returned items.
For international returns, please allow up to 7-10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your original payment method once the items arrive at our warehouse. Refunds will cover the cost of the returned items minus the original shipping fee.

Items labelled as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges for any reason. However, if an item is faulty, you may be eligible for a replacement after assessment by our customer experience team. If you have any questions, please contact us at help@presics.com.au.

If you made your purchase through Afterpay, the returns process remains the same. If a refund is issued, all future payments will be stopped, and any payments already made will be refunded to your account.

We're an online-only shop, so we don't have any physical stores!
