Not fully satisfied with your basics?

You may return any eligible items within 100 days of the shipment date for a refund/exchange. To be accepted, items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, and unaltered
• Products must be returned in their original packaging.
  
• Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance are not eligible for return.

Australia

Customers in Australia can return eligible items within 100 days.

• Free Returns are available when Checkout+ is added for just AU$2.95 at checkout.
• If Checkout+ is not selected, standard return shipping fees apply.

New Zealand

Customers in New Zealand can return eligible items within 100 days.

• Free Returns are available when Checkout+ is added for just NZ$4.00 at checkout.
