Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.
Final Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return.

We offer exchanges through our Returns & Exchanges Portal. If the item or size you want isn’t available at the time of your request, we recommend selecting a refund and placing a new order on our website.
We’ll process your exchange once we receive your return and send an automated confirmation email.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
• Domestic refunds: Allow 3-5 business days for processing.
• International refunds: May take 7-10 business days, minus original shipping costs.
“Final Sale” items can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Faulty items may qualify for a refund or replacement after review. Contact us at hello@presics.com.au for assistance.
For Afterpay/Zip purchases, follow the same return process. Refunds will stop future payments, and past payments will be refunded to your account.
