We want you to love every Presics piece. If something isn’t quite right, you can return eligible items for exchange or refund within 100 days of the shipment date. Free Returns are available when you proceed with Checkout+.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging. Final Sale or Clearance items are not eligible for return.

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Starting a return or exchange is very easy — just have your order number, delivery postcode or email address handy, and head to our return portal.

You have 100-days from the date of delivery to submit a return or exchange request.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. We reserve the right to reject returns that don't meet these conditions.

Checkout+ is an optional fee added at checkout that covers your returns and exchanges experience, including a free return shipping label. It's available for Australian and New Zealand orders.

  • • Australia: $2.95
  • • New Zealand: $4.00

If you didn't purchase Checkout+, return shipping label costs are at your expense.

We offer exchanges for Australian and New Zealand orders. For all other countries, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method.

  • • Domestic: 3–5 business days
  • • International: 7–10 business days (original shipping costs are non-refundable)

Final Sale items cannot be returned or exchanged for change of mind. If your item is faulty, contact us at hello@presics.com.au and we'll review it.
