RETURN & EXCHANGE

You can return any of our products for free within 30 days, except for items marked as Final Sale or Clearance. Items must be unworn (except for trying on), unwashed, unaltered, and returned in their original packaging.

RETURN PROCESS

For returns within Australia, please follow these steps:

Step 1: Start your online return here.

Step 2: Pack the items you're returning in the provided mail satchel.

Step 3: Print your return label after completing Step 1.

Step 4: Drop off your package at an Australia Post office or post box.

Step 5: Your return will be processed once the return label is scanned and the tracking shows it's on its way back to us.

Step 6: We'll issue your refund or exchange as soon as we receive the items at our warehouse.

RETURN & EXCHANGE FAQ

Currently, we offer exchange for return items in Australia. Please note we do not offer exchanges for international returns. We suggest opting for a refund or/and placing your order again via our website.

Once your return is received, we will process your replacement exchange order. You will receive an automated email when your exchange has been processed.

Please contact our support team at help@presics.com.au and we will take care of you, right away. Please include clear photos of the damaged product and proof of purchase.

Once your return is received, we will process your refund and credit your original payment method. Please allow 3-5 business days for your refund to be processed by your bank. We will refund you for all items that are returned.
International returns: It can take up to 7-10 business days for the funds to credit back to your original payment method once the items are received at the warehouse. We will refund you for all items that are returned, less the original cost of shipping.

Items marked as “Final Sale” are not eligible for returns or exchanges due to change of mind. If an item is faulty, you may be entitled to a replacement or refund after assessment by our customer experience team. If you're unsure, you can contact our team at help@presics.com.au.

If you have purchased through Afterpay, the returns process is the same as the above. If a refund is issued, any future payments will cease and any payments made will be refunded to your account.
