You can return your basics for FREE within 30 days (excludes Final Sale or Clearance items). Items must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and in original packaging.

2. Pack items in the provided satchel.
3. Print your return label. (N: B: The label can be printed at any Australia Post office.)
4. Drop off the satchel at any Australia Post office or post box.
5. We'll process your refund/exchange once we receive your items.

We currently offer exchanges for returns within Australia. For international returns, we recommend requesting a refund and placing a new order on our website.

Once we receive your return, we'll refund your original payment method.
• Domestic refunds: Allow 3-5 business days for processing.
• International refunds: May take 7-10 business days, minus original shipping costs.
“Final Sale” items can’t be returned or exchanged for change of mind. Faulty items may qualify for a refund or replacement after review. Contact us at help@presics.com.au for assistance.
For Afterpay/Zip purchases, follow the same return process. Refunds will stop future payments, and past payments will be refunded to your account.
