  • How long will it take to get my order?

    Our team is dispatching orders as fast as possible. During the EOFY period, please allow an extra 3–4 business days on top of standard delivery times — AU: 3–6 business days, NZ: 6–9 business days. We'll send you tracking updates every step of the way.

  • Do discount codes apply to EOFY Sale items?

    Discount codes don't apply to sale items — but save them for after the sale ends. Every code stays valid, and your Everyday Supporter points keep accumulating with every purchase.

  • Can I make changes to an order I just placed?

    Yes — you have a 30-minute window to update your order yourself from your order confirmation page. After that, email us at help@presics.com.au, and we'll do our best to make changes before it enters fulfilment.
